MJ Party is the easy MahJong game supported for 1-4 players playing together via local network and BlueTooth (without WiFi) connections. It's no flower tile and complicated counting of points. Lite version has some limitation for the settings but full version can still host a multiplayers game with Lite versions without any limitation. iTunes Link
